ppThe client is looking for a professional with approximately 4–5 years of experience, capable /p pof managing complex initiatives, coordinating large-scale events, and effectively engaging with /p pa broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
/p pThe selected candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing /p pinitiatives, with a strong focus on event management and client activation activities, ensuring /p pseamless delivery, effective stakeholder coordination, and high-quality execution across /p h3Key activities include: /h3 ul liManaging end-to-end delivery of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards /li liPlanning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events, including management of agencies, vendors, logistics, and internal stakeholders /li liSupporting client activation initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement, participation, and business impact /li liCoordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders /li liManaging project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets /li liPreparing status reports, governance materials,



and executive updates for senior stakeholders /li liManaging multiple parallel initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment /li liActing as a key liaison between client teams, agencies, suppliers, and other project stakeholders /li /ul h3Required skills experience: /h3 ul li4–5 years of experience in Project Management roles /li liProven experience managing marketing-related projects, including coordination of large-scale events /li liExperience in client activation, customer engagement, loyalty, or related marketing initiatives /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li liExcellent organizational and planning capabilities /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously /li liStrong problem-solving skills and execution-oriented mindset /li liExperience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams /li liFluency in Italian and English /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liExperience within the payments industry /li liKnowledge of the payment's ecosystem, including key market dynamics, players, and customer engagement models /li /ul p***This Contract Starts from September **** until December **** with potential extension*** /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
