/ppYour Missions: /pulliDeliver requirements documentation for bCRC-related projects /b /liliWrite and refine buser stories /b and epics for development teams /liliPrepare configuration guidelines for system implementation /lilibSupport development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met /b /liliCollaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into application requirements /liliIdentify gaps in existing functionalities and propose improvements /liliEnsure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design /liliProvide training and documentation to end users and support teams /li /ulpYour Profile: /pullib5 -7 years of relevant experience /b as a Business Analyst, preferably in international projects /liliExperience in brequirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement /b /liliExperience inbCustomer Relationship Center /b /liliExperience with configuration guidelines and supporting development/testing phases /liliExperience in business transformation or digitalization projects /liliExperience with technical teams and understanding of IT landscape /liliBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent /lilibEnglish and Italian fluent /b /liliYou demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills /liliYou demonstrate adaptability in multicultural environments /liliExperience with generative AI tools is a plus /li /ulpWhat We Offer: /pulliAn international community bringing together 110+ different nationalities /liliAn environment where trust has a central place:
