Support the demand & supply planning cyclethrough the operational management of sales forecasts, inventory levelmonitoring, and coordination with cross-functional teams, under the guidance ofa Demand&Supply; Planning Lead.

- Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering,Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in demand/supplyplanning, S&OP;, or supply chain roles more broadly
- Good command of Excel; experience (even basic)with planning software is a plus
- Understanding of core statistical forecastingand inventory management concepts
- Good communication skills for cross-functionalcoordination
