With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more.As a Specialist, and a valued member of the Roma via del Corso team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px::Manage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).:Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.:Support Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the stores commercial and HR strategy.:Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.:Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).:Manage the stockroom,
maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.:Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.:Train new hires and guide them through their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers.:Interact trustfully and openly with diverse groups of people, building relationships within and beyond the organization. Work collectively, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
