This role involves performing risk analysis, collaborating with design and marketing teams, and establishing quality standards for new products. /p h3Responsabilità del lavoro /h3 ul liOversee and mitigate quality risks associated with new product development. /li liLead quality validation gates during the development process, including risk analysis and action plan definition. /li liConduct joint evaluations with design and marketing teams, ensuring proper disinfection/treatment if applicable. /li liCreate and maintain Acceptance Books for new products, outlining quality criteria.



/li liBenchmark competitors' quality standards to ensure competitive product quality. /li liCoordinate Product Quality initiatives across different product poles/lines. /li liIntegrate quality considerations early in the product development cycle to prevent issues. /li liDevelop and implement strategies for proactive quality assurance in new product launches. /li liEnsure alignment of new product quality with market expectations and company standards. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes from a quality perspective. /li /ul h3Profilo /h3 ul liStrong understanding of product development lifecycle and quality gates. /li liProficiency in risk assessment and mitigation techniques (e.g., FMEA). /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, engineering). /li liExperience in creating technical documentation, such as Acceptance Books. /li liKnowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations. /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
