Ignite in Lisbon is seeking an Italian Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries from Italian clients via phone, email, and live chat. You will be the primary contact, resolving issues with professionalism in a fast-paced office environment.
Candidates should be fluent in Italian and proficient in English, willing to work a 24/7 rotating schedule, and able to work on-site in Lisbon. EU citizenship or Portuguese work permit is required. Training will be provided.
