Join Arcwide as an Intern and start your journey in business transformation and digital innovation!
Location: Milan (preferred) or Turin
Duration: 6 months, full-time
What you can expect from the role:
- Contribute to all phases of the project from conceptual design to successful delivery
- Assist in the creation of high-quality client deliverables (e.g. process flows, timelines, executive presentations)
- Support business process analysis and assessments
- Participate in software configuration, write functional specifications, and perform system testing
- Take part in data migration and system conversion activities
- Assist in implementing ERP modules
- Help guide customers through the change management process.
What we will look for in your CV:
- You’re completing or have completed a relevant Masters Degree e.g. IT, International Business, Economics etc.
- You have a solid track record of learning and development (certifications or training are a plus)
- You have a strong interest in business, technology, and operational processes
- You bring excellent problem-solving, teamwork,
and communication skills
- You’re fluent in Italian and English (additional European languages are a premio).
Even better if you have:
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor)
- A client-focused mindset and the ability to work in international teams
- Willingness to travel up to 60–70% of the time.
