Eli Lilly Italia is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team at the Sesto Fiorentino site. The role is dedicated to the Formulation & Component Preparation area of our pre-filled syringes production, working hands-on on the shop floor with equipment and shift tasks.

You will collaborate with the Operational Support Team, analyze KPIs, and contribute to reliability improvements while upholding HSE and Quality standards in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
