Serving as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, you will troubleshoot issues across phone, email, and web chat. Main Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Address inbound customer inquiries in Italian through phone calls, emails, and live chats using a polite, professional tone.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose customer issues, uncover underlying root causes, and deliver quick, accurate, personalized solutions.
- Record Keeping: Precisely log interaction histories, support tickets, and resolution steps in internal CRM software.
- Metric Goals: Consistently meet target key performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT).
- Skills Enhancement: Attend scheduled training sessions to stay informed on product updates, company policies, and operational processes.
Candidate Criteria
- Language Requirements: Fluent or C1/C2 level in Italian (spoken and written); minimum B2 standard in English for team interactions, training, and software operations.
- Shift Readiness: Willingness to work flexible, rotating 24/7 schedules.
- Physical Presence:
On-site attendance mandatory at our Lisbon facilities.
- Work Rights: EU/EEA citizenship, EU passport, or valid Portuguese work authorization.
- Key Skills: Strong communication, attentive listening skills, composure under stress, and a constructive approach to challenges.
Compensation Structures
Option A: Local Contract (For Local Applicants)
- Gross Monthly Pay: €1,262.33 (divided over 12 months)
- Housing Setup: Self-managed accommodation
- Best Suited For: Applicants already living in Lisbon or preferring to handle their own housing arrangements
Option B: Relocation Contract (For Candidates Relocating to Lisbon)
- Gross Monthly Pay: €1,059.00 (divided over 12 months)
- Housing Provided: Private bedroom in a shared corporate residence, with all standard utility costs (water, gas, power, internet) fully included
- Travel Support: Inbound flight costs refunded upon finishing the trial period, along with airport pickup service upon arrival
