Join Accenture Operations and help organizations transform the way they work by delivering business transformation, operational excellence, and digital innovation.As an Offering Sales Practitioner Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales process for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global Business Services (GBS), and Captive solutions, from opportunity identification through deal closure. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will shape tailored solutions, build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, develop compelling proposals, and drive growth across industries and geographies. You will also leverage market insights, industry trends, and Accenture's capabilities to help clients design and scale high-impact GCC, GBS, BOT, and Captive operating models.Job SummaryDrive pipeline growth and improve win rates by leveraging a strong understanding of GCC, GBS and Captive models, services and market dynamics.Understand the client’s industry context, business priorities and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to position Accenture’s GCC, GBS and Captive services, assets and expertise in line with their needs.Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout solution shaping and delivery setup, bringing together relevant Accenture solutions and capabilities and leading Go-to-Market activities.Ensure differentiated outcomes for clients by aligning solutions with their expectations, business needs and contractual commitments.Shape solutions across key service areas, including Automation, Recruitment, Transition,
Captive Assist and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), while driving strategic, financial and operational decisions across active deals.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the job level is CL 7 under the Metalmeccanico National Collective Bargaining Agreement. The gross annual salary range is between 50.000 € and 78.500 €.Skills And QualificationsExperienced sales professional with a strong track record in business development, sales or consulting, ideally within a multinational environment.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, pipeline growth, and business development objectives.Strong understanding of Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, Captive models, or BOT engagements.Excellent executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Fluent Italian and English with the ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders.Nice To Have QualificationsAdditional language skills such as Dutch, or French.Experience in enterprise functions such as Finance & Accounting, Procurement, HR, Marketing, or other corporate services domains.Previous experience selling or shaping transformation, outsourcing, shared services, captive, or operating model solutions.
