We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Order to Cash (O2C) Specialist to join our team in Porto. If you have a background in finance or accounting and strong German and English skills, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in an international environment.

09:00 – 18:00
Weekends off
Salary & Benefits
€1,300 gross/month (14 salaries per year)
€300/month meal allowance (11 months)
Daily meal allowance

Responsibilities
Manage Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes
Support invoicing, collections,
and payment follow-upsReconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with customers regarding billing issues
Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
Collaborate with internal finance and operations teams
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
6+ months experience in Accounts Receivable/O2C/Finance (up to 2 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles
ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus
Fluent German + advanced English (C1)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and customer service skills
