SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers, developing business opportunities in the target industry
Understand customer needs and propose customized solutions that meet their strategic and operational objectives
Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead qualification to solution presentation to contract negotiation and closing
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure the best value proposition
Develop long-term relationships with key customers, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
Contribute to corporate brand positioning through business activities and participation in industry events
Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring performance in line with the company’s business plan

Requirements

Proven experience in selling software solutions with a particular focus on the ERP world




Background or in-depth knowledge of Fashion, Retail and Luxury industries welcome
Strong business development skills and goal orientation
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and business negotiation management skills
Organizational autonomy and proactive spirit in proposing solutions to customers
Willingness to travel domestically
Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to the client
