You will identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities across existing and new partner accounts by leveraging data, market insights, and performance analysis to increase market share.ResponsibilitiesActing as the central project owner for partner initiatives, you will coordinate closely with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Delivery, and Business Development teams to ensure clear ownership, aligned timelines, defined budgets, and measurable KPIs.You will drive go-to-market and enablement initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Analytics, including lead generation programs, product launches, and upsell strategies, while also developing and closing new business opportunities by shaping value propositions, pitching Klarna’s solutions, and supporting deal execution.Through strong executive-level relationships, data-driven performance monitoring, and a focus on operational excellence and scalability, you will continuously optimize partner outcomes, remove internal and external blockers, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time,
within scope, and with a consistently high merchant experience.Who you are4–5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within technology, payments, or e-commerceProven ability to build, manage, and grow senior stakeholder relationships, including executive and C-level contactsStrong commercial acumen with a data-informed approach to identifying, sizing, and prioritizing growth opportunitiesExperience working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes without formal authorityComfortable owning complex initiatives end to end, from strategy definition to execution and optimizationExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English and Italian, both written and spokenAwesome to haveExperience selling multi-product or platform-based solutionsBackground in payments, fintech, or digital commerce ecosystemsExperience shaping go-to-market strategies and product launches with partnersFamiliarity with scaling operational processes and onboarding frameworksExisting network within enterprise or strategic merchant segmentsPlease include a CV in EnglishCurious to learn more about Klarna and what it’s like to work here? xysqume Explore our career site!
