As a Distribution Service Engineer - Italy, you will help our partners and customers get the best from our solutions while supporting a fast‑moving and collaborative service environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage hotline and ticket support for distributors, installers, and end users across the Italian market.
- Deliver technical training sessions for distributors and installers to strengthen product knowledge and service quality.
- Support onsite troubleshooting activities together with the Partner Success Manager.
- Join selected pre‑sales customer visits in close collaboration with the Account Manager.
- Create and maintain FAQs, online learning content, and technical documentation for the region.
- Prepare regular service and performance reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in after‑sales, technical support, or service within PV, ESS, O&M;, or a similar energy‑related environment.
- Strong interest in clean‑tech and passion for helping customers solve technical challenges.
- Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); knowledge of Chinese a plus.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tools and internal systems.
- Independent, focused, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Open to occasional travel (5‑10%) within the local market and to the wider EU service team.
