- Select and set up an IdP (e.g. Google Workspace, Okta) and MDM for device management.

- Build a complete asset inventory and its lifecycle.

- Put onboarding/offboarding on a process, with tracked and timely access removal (security-relevant).

- Define the support model that fits Milan and the out-of-office teams best as we grow.

- Point of reference for day-to-day technical support (hardware, software, connectivity) in Milan.

- Remote support and coordination of local hands for Barcelona, Madrid and Berlin.

- Ownership of company-level software subscriptions: licenses, renewals, costs, seats.

- Set up and run audio/video equipment for all-hands and company-wide presentations.

Requirements

- Experience in IT ops / IT support at a growing company, with at least one setup built or structured independently.

- Comfort with MDM and an IdP (Google Workspace, Okta or similar).

- Vendor and budget management.

- Comfort with on-site work on AV and events.

- Fluent Italian and English.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in IT operations and support, with a focus on managing identity providers like Google Workspace and Okta, as well as mobile device management (MDM). xysqume Proficient in vendor and budget management, alongside strong communication skills in both Italian and English.
