Experteer Overview
In this role you coordinate small to mid‑sized projects from implementation to closure, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality criteria. You act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, managing documentation, programs, and progress updates. You liaise with Sales, Service, and other departments to support successful project outcomes while upholding health, safety, and regulatory standards. You will influence project performance through planning, forecasting, and clear communication. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional position with a strong focus on delivering value to clients and the business.

- Coordinate projects from start to finish and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
- Own the project life cycle and assist in related business areas to enable successful delivery
- Main customer contact for documentation, project programs, and client‑facing materials
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and communications
- Participate in meetings and report on project status
- Produce and review project forecasts and cost reports
- Support commercial performance by keeping delivery aligned with margins and quality
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, ITC regulations, and regulatory requirements
- Interact with internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Exec Management, PM, Factories, Suppliers) and external stakeholders (Clients, Consultants, Contractors, End Users)
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and relationships across departments
Responsabilità
- Experience managing sub‑contractors
- Strong planning xysqume and scheduling capabilities
- Working knowledge of project planning tools, especially Microsoft Project
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience with AutoCAD desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong customer service and professional presentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self‑motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Multi‑tasking ability and flexible approach
- Valid full driving license
