Ruolo e mansione

UNA Forza Vendite, Permanent Placement division of Openjobmetis S.p.A. , is partnering with one of the most important developers of cosmetics and nutraceutical ingredients!

The company, an historical italian excellence now present across all the main markets in the world , is looking for the next generation of sales leadership: an International Sales Manager who, reporting directly to the GM, will plan the future commercial objectives and help to reach them by guiding a great team of sales professionals.

Main Responsibilities

-

- Define the long-term commercial strategy in line with company objectives;

- Develop and coordinate various business models: a distribution network (especially abroad) and a sales team in Italy operating directly.

- Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities;

- Coordinate and motivate the sales team, setting clear and measurable goals;

- Support, train, and monitor the performance of the field sales team;

- Constantly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



for sales;

- Prepare periodic reports for company management, featuring forecasts and future sales analyses;

- Manage the sales budget to ensure activities are conducted cost-effectively and profitably;

- Directly manage a portfolio of major strategic accounts;

- Attend industry trade shows, professional events, and client meetings. xysqume

Requisiti e Competenze Richieste
Requirements

-

- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cosmetics and/or nutraceutical sector, gained within an international context;

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology) or Economics;

- Experience in team management;

- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (C1 level)
