We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional assistance to customers, responding to enquiries, and ensuring a positive experience across all communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries by phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward appropriate solutions.
- Process customer requests, orders, returns, and general account enquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow company procedures and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Work closely with colleagues to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain organized records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- A positive, patient, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
