This individual will also ensure that all purchases are made in accordance with the property budget and business needs. /p ul liLead and direct the work of the Teamincluding hiring, training and supervising. /li liSelect the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency. /li liDevelop and implement purchasing strategies as well as manage inventory needs. /li liCoordinate and partner with internal teams regarding their supply and equipment needs. /li liManage supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines,
etc. /li liMaintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation. /li liReport and review menu matrix and FB cogs with Executive Team. /li liPrepare cost estimates and manage budgets. /li liPrepare and process purchase orders. /li liSchedule and verifying purchase deliveries. /li /ul pThis role is an opportunity to shape excellence behind the scenes. As a Purchasing Manager, you will blend strategic vision, refined judgment, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every procurement decision upholds the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and value while contributing to the distinctive essence of Auberge hospitality. /p pThe annual gross salary (RAL) offered for this position ranges from €40,000 to €45,000, depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall profile. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 2years in a similar role within the hospitality industry. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, organizational and documentation skills. /li liAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. /li liProficiency in computers and information technology. /li liFluent in English, both spoken and written.
