We are seeking a bHealth Safety Documentation Specialist /b to support critical safety initiatives within a manufacturing and facility operations environment. /ppIn this role, you will partner with Environmental Health Safety (EHS), Engineering, and Operations teams to develop, review, and implement comprehensive machine safety and health safety documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys collaborating across teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building programs that promote a safe and productive workplace. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Health Safety Program Development /h3ulliDevelop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical health and safety programs, including:ulliConfined Space Entry /liliUtility Operations /liliFire Protection Systems /liliFall Protection /liliSpill Prevention and Response /li /ul /liliSupport the development of safety programs for new construction, facility startup, and operational environments. /li /ulh3Documentation Management /h3ulliReview existing machine safety and health safety documentation to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. /liliCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including:ulliRisk Assessments /liliSafety Procedures /liliStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) /liliTraining Materials /liliCompliance Documentation /li /ul /liliEnsure all documentation is clear,



concise, accurate, and easy to understand. /liliOrganize and manage safety records to ensure readiness for audits, inspections, and training requirements. /li /ulh3Compliance Risk Management /h3ulliEnsure documentation aligns with OSHA, NFPA, and other applicable regulatory requirements. /liliConduct site assessments to identify workplace hazards and recommend mitigation strategies. /liliSupport compliance initiatives related to confined spaces, hazardous materials, fire safety, fall protection, and machine safety. /liliReview and validate documentation for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. /li /ulh3Collaboration Communication /h3ulliPartner with EHS, Engineering, Operations, and other subject matter experts to gather technical information and develop effective safety documentation. /liliProvide regular project updates and progress reports to leadership and project stakeholders. /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on workplace safety, compliance, and operational excellence. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3h3Required Skills Experience /h3ulliDemonstrated experience developing and implementing health and safety programs in manufacturing, construction, facility startup, industrial, or engineering environments.
