Mitel is seeking an experienced Channel Leader to drive growth through partners and distribution across enterprise indirect sales. You will shape joint growth strategies with distributors, system integrators, and resellers, and build strong partner relationships to maximize Mitel’s channel impact.

Based in Italy, you will manage top distributors, align with marketing, and travel within the territory to visit partners. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
