Experteer Italy is seeking an Order Handling and Customer Support Manager to lead the Local Division Order Handling team in end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. You will drive strategy, optimize cross-functional workflows, and push for AI-based order-entry automation to improve delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, SAP knowledge, and fluent Italian and English communication in a dynamic, hybrid work environment in Bergamo.
