Once on board we nurture and promote talented individuals, making sure that senior positions are open to all.Discover the RoleThe Internal Finance Intern supports the internal finance team by carrying out routine accounting and bookkeeping activities under supervision.The role focuses on the accurate recording of invoices, VAT-related entries, and bank transactions using Datev Koinov, while ensuring compliance with local accounting and tax requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesRegister and process supplier invoices (accounts payable) in Datev Koinov, ensuring correct posting and basic VAT treatmentRecord and issue customer invoices (accounts receivable)



in accordance with internal instructionsSupport VAT bookkeeping activities, including VAT postings and assistance with VAT liquidation processesRecord bank transactions and assist with basic bank reconciliationsProcess withholding tax payments; manage Intrastat preparation and execute other mandatory tax-related activitiesEnsure accounting data is complete, accurate, and properly documentedMaintain accounting records and supporting documentation in line with internal proceduresSupport month-end and periodic closing activities as instructed by the finance teamCollaborate with internal colleagues to resolve basic accounting queries and discrepanciesUse Datev Koinov as the main accounting system for daily bookkeeping tasksKey RequirementsWorking knowledge of EnglishProficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)Previous experience in accounting-related tasks is considered a plusOrganized and accountable approach to workExcellent communication skillsGoal-oriented mindsetWhat’s in it for you?6 months internshipEmployment in an international companyExposure to interesting international and local projectsReal opportunities for professional growthOpportunity to work with international clientsChallenging and autonomous assignments within a professional teamCorporate education and trainingWe’re looking forward to getting to know you!
