We are a team close to 200 people, working across three countries - Italy, Spain and UK, creating content and sharing experiences dedicated to a community of +7m women. **WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?** We’re currently looking for a Junior Controller with a strong proactivity and to do attitude to join our team in our Milan HQ. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller and closely collaborating with the Finance team in ITA, ES and UK, the person will actively contribute to the implementation and upgrade of the Group controlling activities. **WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Upgrade and implement cost controlling activities into the Controlling global function;
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor the group strategic KPIs;
- Produce formulas or algorithms solutions for new KPIs calculation;
- Monthly Group reporting (P&L;), analysis of deviations vs budget/forecast;
- Weekly Cash-Flow reporting (CF), analysis of deviations vs budget/forecast;
- Weekly Sales Reporting (SR), analysis of deviation vs budget/forecast;
- Support Local Finance teams in implementing own reporting and monitoring act vs budget/forecast. **WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor / Master degree in Economy and Management, Accounting & Finance, Management Engineering;
- Previous experience of at least 1 year covering Controller, Financial Analyst, or similar role;
- Foreign languages: good level of English proficiency, Spanish would be a
plus ;
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, complex formulas, complex dashboards, macro creation;
- Basic knowledge of Italian GAAP, OIC/IFRS;
- Systems and Tools: ERP experience (SAP, Business Central, Oracle, etc.) would be a plus. **YOUR VALUES**
