Management of the activities necessary for the Admission/Listing of instruments traded on the ETFplus and ATFund markets. Listing core activities: - Conducting admissibility checks on Issuers, underlying assets, and product pay-off to ensure compliance with Borsa Italiana Rules and Instructions.
- Conducting detailed analyses of the structure, pay-off, and clauses of products.
- Ensuring that instruments are set up correctly in accordance with admission requirements as well as trading and post-trading parameters.
- Managing the listing flow to ensure the accurate upload of new instruments in Plug/Matrix.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding new listings.
- Assisting Issuers and Clients with various requests to meet their needs.
- Updating Listing sensitiveness procedure, according to Consob requirement.
- Updating Borsa Italiana Rules and Instructions related to the listing process.




- Defining requirements for the My Euronext portal for future developments needed to improve processes, manage new products, and comply with regulatory provisions.
