- She/He is responsible for managing all Group-level audit activities, as well as handling ad-hoc projects when requested.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supports management in developing the annual audit plan;
- Defines, as appropriate, specific audit programs for each activity outlined in the annual audit plan;
- Independently conducts audit interventions in administrative-accounting, operations, and regulatory compliance checks (e.g., 262/05, 231/01, GDPR, 81/08, Anti-Money Laundering);
- Performs audit interventions using Data Analytics and Process Mining techniques;
- Prepares reports, according to defined standards, related to conducted audits (including the collection and classification of working papers);
- Monitors the implementation of improvement actions;
- Assists in preparing reports for corporate bodies (Board of Directors, Board of Statutory Auditors, Control and Risks Committee) and for the 231 Supervisory Body;
- Supports management in Risk Assessment activities in line with national and international best practices (ERM and COSO Report). **KNOWNLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree in Economics
- Management Engineering, or Law
- Work experience of at least 7-8 years at major multinational corporations
- Plus: background from a Big Four (PwC, EY, KPMG, or Deloitte) (exclusive experience in Internal Audit not necessary).
- Plus: experience working abroad; CIA certification
- Proficiency in using Data Analytics, Process Mining, and Artificial Intelligence tools
- Fluency in English
