Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of an important Cosmetics Company we are looking for a:
**Retail Manager Italia - Beauty** In direct connection with the Country Director, your mission is to maximize the performance of the area and the Area Managers you supervise, while ensuring both the well-being and the development of the retail teams, and an exceptional customer experience. **Responsabilities**
- Implementetion and monitoring concrete action plans to develop the turnover, KPIs and profitability of your area, in partnership with your Area Managers and head office departments;
- Guarantee the excellence of the Costumer Experience by ensuring the proper transmission and execution of operations and procedures in your area (merchandising, selling ceremony, admin, stock management, etc.);
- Recruit, lead,



evaluate and develop your team of Area Managers and shop managers in order to achieve an excellent level of performance;
- Anticipate, plan and analyze the needs and developments of your area in order to set up the appropriate organization for a growing area (about 20 openings per year);
- Work in close collaboration with the head office support teams (HR, Construction, Maintenance, Operations, etc.) in order to best serve our stores;
- Participate in international calls and meetings. **Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Block Leader Manager or Retail Manager;
- flexiblity and ensuring a strong field presence (4 days a week), including certain weekends during peak periods (Xmas season, Mother's Day, etc.);
