- Participate in Finance transformation project activities with a proactive approach, contributing ideas and evolutionary insights.
- Actively collaborate in designing future processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization from a procedural, organizational, and system perspective.
- Translate Business Needs into functional requirements for system implementation.
- Ensure the correct implementation of defined functional requirements, user acceptance test and go live, participating proactively in them.




- Proactively intervene to mitigate any risks and conflicts that may affect the project's success.
- Contribute actively in the definition of the change management program. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / engineering / economics.- Ideally 6-10 years in similar role as part of an IT internal department or in a consultancy company.- Solid experience with various modules of SAP Analytics Cloud and Group Reporting solutions.- Knowledge of Control Models, Budget & Forecast, Consolidated Financial and Managerial Statements, Financial Planning; integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD) and external systems.- Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana release is mandatory.- Analytical skills (such as Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving and Proactivity) are mandatory.- Good relational skills, high capacity to adapt quickly to different situations and to different interlocutors, and a good capacity of team working are also required.- Good level of English (Spoken and Written).- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures.- Focus on results and able to complete task on time under pressure.
