Taking care of the execution, physically and in the information system, of the repair flow **Responsabilities**: - To manage materials from incoming to delivery (vs production and/or external) - phisically and in Informatic Systems
- To manage documentation related to materials
- To input data in SAP and Excel
- To contact suppliers in case of materials storaged externally
- Guarantee the repair logistics flow end to end, ensuring the compliance of the physical and information flow with Alstom procedures
- Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity **Educational Requirements**:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent **Experiencies**: - Experience in warehouse/logistics activities
- Sap knowledge as a plus **Competencies & Skills**: - Team management and accountability, organization of activities, team skills improvement
- Proactive approach, flexibility and problem solving attitude
