For our brand-new Recruitment Center team based in Alba (CN), we are looking for a passionate, enthusiast Recruiter Specialist to support us attracting the best talents!
The position reports to the Recruitment Center Manager and will be dedicated to Recruitment, Employer Branding and Onboarding activities for Ferrero Italy. **Main tasks**:
Step by step, you will guarantee a transparent, effective, consistent, structured, and fully digitalized process,
in compliance with GDPR regulations. Moreover, you will be an active contributor to the recruitment digital transformation by taking care of digital data quality and KPIs analysis, enabling the continuous improvement of our processes. **Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your Master’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Communication or related fields and your 3-4 years of experience in a similar role such as Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, etc. Your passion for recruitment will be the most important asset for us, together with your dedication, accuracy and attention towards quality. As a good team player, you will carry your positivity and energy, enabling all of us to meet new goals together. Moreover, we will value your solid knowledge of talent attraction through the best channels/tools, your capability to partner with a variety of stakeholders (both in Italian and English) and your autonomy in managing the daily challenges with a curious and creative approach.
