The test manager is responsible for the definition and implementation of the testing system architecture required to validate the Inxpect products. The test manager shall lead the test team, and shall define together with the CTO test strategies, roadmaps and budget. In particular: - manages and mentors the test team members;
- defines the test strategy, schedules the testing activities and designs an effective roadmap according to the company’s requirements;
- defines the best practices and the processes for the testing of products, in compliance with the internal quality standards;
- verifies the compliance of the products and the processes with the requirements, including the compliance with the relevant safety standards;
- defines the architecture of the testing system;




- defines and manages the budget required for the testing activities and equipment, together with the CTO;
- work together with the test engineers and the R&D; team in the definition of effective validation processes. **Requirements**: - Master or bachelor degrees in Engineering or equivalent
- Test design experience
- Experience in team management
- Experience in project management
- Excellent relationship skills
- Teamwork excellence
- Autonomy and proactivity Preferential requirements: - Testing automation experience
- Experience in the development of tests for safety devices according to IEC 61508
- Location: Brescia-Italy
