JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
The candidate will work in close coordination with the AI Transformation Lead and the CDO as a senior individual contributor. She/he will support the identification of AI opportunities across business processes, contributing to the definition of the use cases, their roadmap and business cases. The role focuses on redesigning the processes to make them AI-enabled, translating business priorities into functional requirements and actionable AI solutions, ensuring measurable impact in terms of productivity and operational efficiency and effectiveness. The candidate will operate across a portfolio of AI initiatives, supporting their prioritization and contributing to their alignment with business needs, use case design and expected value.
She/he will also collaborate with Group-level stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader AI Group program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the identification, assessment and prioritization of AI initiatives aligned with business priorities and process transformation objectives.
Contribute to the redesign of business processes to enable the effective adoption of AI solutions.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and actionable AI use cases, producing functional specifications, epics and user stories.
Analyze and structure business cases, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure proper understanding of requirements and support implementation phase, with a value-driven prioritization and decision making.
Support the alignment of initiatives within a portfolio of AI use cases, ensuring consistency between business needs, use case design and expected value.
