1. Inventory of company’s properties and analysis of possible scenarios about such properties
2. Renewal projects of company’s building and offices
3. Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of company’s building and assets
4. Documentation preparation and relation with Authorities to act in compliance with law requirements
5. Data/KPI technical reporting and participation on international group teams
**Working place**: Mantova or Milan **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND**:
**Your Background**: A fresh graduate,
have your bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
**Your Personality**: Curious, communicative, proactive and result-driven
**Team Player**: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
**Language Skills**: Fluent in Italian and English.
**Tech Savvy**: excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
