As a HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. This internship will provide valuable insights into HR operations and offer opportunities for professional growth and development. **Responsibilities**: - Assist in drafting and documenting payroll processes by interviewing key stakeholders both internal (HR Generalist) and external (T&A; provider, payroll specialist), collecting and putting into procedure company’s specific rules.
- Conduct research and compile information to create a comprehensive overview of total rewards offered by the company, including compensation, benefits, and other perks.
- Participate in questioning practices to identify areas for improvement in payroll processes and total rewards programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to propose and implement innovative ideas for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR practices.
