**Company Overview** Naha is an early-stage startup based in Stockholm, focused on sustainable fashion. Our mission is to eliminate the need for fast fashion by creating a seamless, fast, and reliable marketplace for secondhand items. We achieve this through the development of a fashion marketplace that simplifies the buying and selling experience of secondhand items, avoiding consumers the effort required by existing platforms. We envision a future where wardrobes and inventories are seamlessly integrated, and we’re building a fast and hassle-free connection between them. **Milestones** We are supported by the renowned incubator KTH Innovation. We generated 200K€ in sales in 2023 (bootstrapped) and are going for 3x growth this year. **Role Overview** We are looking for a versatile team member to lead and optimize our main processes (accounting, customer service, logistics). You will be focused on improving user experience and ensure consistency. **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations including logistics, accounting, and customer service.
- Implement and optimize business automation and intelligence tools (Power Automate,



Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics ERP).
- Collaborate on the development of new features and internal process improvements (Python, PostgreSQL, Svelte)
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, collecting their feedback and leveraging it for reaching product market fit.
- Actively participate in strategic discussions **Requirements**: - Strong numerical, analytical, and technical skills.
- Experience with business intelligence software, spreadsheets, or programming.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to operate through KPIs.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Interest in sustainability and the fashion industry. **Nice to have**
