**Responsibilities**: - Greet and check-in guests as they arrive at the meeting point for tours (on location)
- Provide logistic information (nearest restrooms, bar, souvenirs etc)
- Distribute fliers/materials upon check-in
- Provide support to Tour guides prior to the tour
- Field calls from and make calls to lost participants in collaboration with office staff
- Potential for career growth in a dynamic, quickly growing company
- Perform back office ticketing-related duties at our HQ in-between check-ins **Contract length**: 6 months (to start)
**Tempo parziale hours**: 30/35 per week **Salary**: €8.00 - €12.00 per hour
