The receptionist is responsible for: - Welcoming customers from arrival to departure
- Informs the client about the conditions of stay, formalities and hotel services
- Transmits necessary information to other departments
- Switchboard management
- Cash management
- Correspondence management **Qualifications**

- Professional experience in a similar position




- Excellent knowledge of German, English and Italian
