HR Coordinator **Category**:Human Resource Management**Location**:Roma, Lazio, IT**The Position** As an HR Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will: - Assist with administrative tasks related to HR processes, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Provide general HR support to employees and managers, answering inquiries and resolving issues. The position is a 1-year temporary position with the possibility for an extension.**Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you have a Msc in Social Science, Human Resources or any related field, and at least 3-4 yrs of working experience.In addition, you have: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Italian & English, both written and spoken
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion **About the Department** You will be joining a newly established and growing area in our company, responsible for designing, planning, and building all major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to meet the needs of millions of patients.
