Job Description: Windows LAB Device Management Specialist **Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **LAB Device Management**: - Oversee daily operations and maintenance of LAB devices.
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of the LAB environment. 2. **Troubleshooting and RCA**: - Investigate issues with LAB machines and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve technical challenges. 3. **Project Participation**: - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in LAB device-related projects.
- Provide technical support and actively contribute to testing activities. 4. **Technical Expertise and Consultation**: - Offer expert-level technical advice and support for LAB device operations and improvements. 5. **Documentation**: - Create and update knowledge base articles (KBs), working instructions, and operational documentation for LAB devices. 6. **Testing and Implementation**: - Participate in device testing and assist in production implementations within the LAB. **Qualifications and Experience**:



- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and maintaining Windows LAB devices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to conduct in-depth root cause analysis.
- Experience contributing to system improvement projects as a technical expert.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and operational guidelines.
- Familiarity with testing and production deployment processes in LAB environments. Location: Milan / Italy Employment Type: Full-time / Contract **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
