We need employees with strong DWH Methodology knowledge, strong technical competencies on DWH tools, strong Data Management and Data Architect skills.
Moreover employee will have to drive team and Project Management skills are needed. It is not possible to use employees with lower seniority than Associate Manager
Why can’t we absorb with the existing team / HC? Have we completed Availability Check? Do we have the skills available among tenured resources eligible for rotation or migration, automation, low billability pools?
Current team can't absorb new tasks, because Workforce is working at maximum level of productivity. All Analytics Italian employees are allocated, so there are not available resources to use for new activities LI-DNI
