**COLLEGANDO SRLS**, a leading language service agency with offices in Alcamo and Palermo, is seeking a:
**Technical Writer - Native German Speaker**
with strong English proficiency, specialized in SDA, machinery, power tools, and general assembly items, with expertise in European technical directives. **Role** The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and reviewing clear, precise technical documentation while collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Tasks include developing user manuals, technical guides, and product specifications. **Responsibilities**
- Drafting technical documentation such as user manuals, technical guides, and product sheets.
- Reviewing and ensuring consistency of content in German and English.
- Ensuring documentation complies with European standards and technical directives (e.g., Machinery Directive, CE marking).
- Utilizing authoring tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Illustrator, Indesign) and content management systems (CMS). **Requirements**: - **Native German speaker** with excellent written and spoken English skills.




- Experience writing technical documentation in the SDA, machinery, power tools, and general assembly items sectors.
- Strong knowledge of European standards and technical directives.
- Excellent technical writing and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools and technical writing software. **Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience creating technical documentation compliant with European directives.
- Familiarity with additional authoring and localization tools. **What We Offer**
