We are looking for a Chem QC mRNA analyst! Joining the mRNA QC Lab, you will be included in a dynamic environment, and you will gain and in-depth experience of a GMP Quality control lab passionate about new projects and technology transfers Using your experience, you will specifically focus on the following tasks: - Perform analysis according to GMP rules on incoming,
in-process and release samples to support mRNA processes in manufacturing, following specified instructions from Team Leader, SOPs and analytical procedures;
- Implement documentation (protocols, reports, methods), ensuring their management according to current GMP, SOPs and guidelines;
- Support instrument calibration, following SOPs and protocols. Required skills and background: - Degree in Biotechnology / CTF or other Scientific field
- Previous experience in laboratory is needed. Experience in a GMP QC lab is a plus.
- Ability to perform common chemical and biochemical analysis: experience in HPLC, IR, Water Content, UV assays is strongly preferred; experience in GC, CGE, ELISA and SDS-PAGE is a plus.
- English and Italian languages (professional knowledge)
