Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Store Planning & Facility Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:
Manage the agenda of the Store Planning Director and team
Manage travelling and accommodation arrangements of the Store Planning Director and the team
Support in back-office activities
Reception of guests




Booking of conference rooms
Support budget processes
Support invoices’ registration and approval process
Manage orders with magazines **Requirements**:
Proficiency of Microsoft package (excel, word, powerpoint)
Fluent English
Problem-solving skills
High level of adaptability
Organizational and time management skills
