**About the Role**
- Be the company reference point for management control activities;
- Elaborate and coordinate the monthly management closing;
- Prepare of the annual budget and periodic forecasts;
- Prepare the monthly Business Review and related analyses;
- Analyze the marginality of the Company business projects,
both in terms of budget/forecast and in the final balance;
- Define and structure of industrial management control activities linked to a production plant;
- Provide Management support with ad hoc analysis
- Participate in the implementation of new business processes and the ERP system
- Have an active role of "Business Partner" towards the Management and the entire organizational structure, with a view of "Continuous Improvement" of business and organizational processes **What You Need to Be Successful**
- Master’s degree in economics or Management Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in similar role
- Professional experiences within Machinery, or Automotive is required
- Competenze contabili poi applicate in contesti di controllo di gestione
- Audit Experience in big four (2/3 years) is a plus
- Experience with SAP FI.CO.
- Passion for driving innovation
- Excellent skills in relation to interpersonal relations, partnership dialogue, coordination and negotiation
- Accountability, Collaborative, reliability, team working and result-oriented attitude
