**Job Title**: Statutory Accounting & Treasury Specialist
**Department**: Finance
**Reports To**: Senior Finance Manager & Plant Controller **Work mode**:100% onsite Support Tenneco’s financial management by overseeing Italian GAAP financial statements, budgets, and cash flows while ensuring compliance. Analyze subsidiary performance and provide insights to guide strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities**- Lead accounting activities for Italian GAAP statutory financial statements.- Manage treasury operations across plants and corporate.- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.- Oversee AS400 operations for the holding entity.- Process holding supplier invoices and manage banking activities.- Contribute to US GAAP ledger management (OneStream).- Prepare forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and tax models.- Collaborate with tax consultants and external auditors.- Supervise the team managing Italian statutory financial statements. **Professional Requirements**- Degree in Economics/Commerce or 5-8 years of experience in a similar role,



ideally in an industrial environment.- Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP; US GAAP is a plus.- Proficiency in AS400; familiarity with ERP systems is a premio.- Expertise in accounting reconciliations, cost analysis, and financial reporting. **Skills & Competencies**- Fluent English; proficient in Windows and Office Suite.- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.- Collaborative mindset with resilience and customer focus.- Ability to work independently and deliver results. **What We Offer**
