**Description** **The opportunity** Join our Circuit Breakers team as Global Product Group Quality and OpEx Manager. **This position can be fulfilled completely remotely within Europe. We are prioritizing skills and experience over physical work location.** **How you will make an impact**
- Develop and implement quality and OpEx targets for Global Product Group
- Define and execute all systematic improvement projects and best practices across the Global Product Group
- Benchmark manufacturing performance and manufacturing process/tool standardizations across the Global Product Group factories
- Support global manufacturing footprint decisions and implementations including new product implementation and transfer of production
- Validate and release production lines
- Collaborate with factory and HUB Quality and OpEx functions
- Participate in the gate process of new product developments




- Support high impact quality case resolutions and Root Cause Analysis **Your background**
- More than 7 years of experience in high voltage or electrical equipment industry
- Several years of experience in Quality and/or Operational Excellence roles
- Solid knowledge of Hitachi Energy Quality, OpEx and portfolio relevant processes
- Analytical thinker, solutions-oriented with a business mindset.
- Strong project management skills
- High level leadership skills and responsibility taking
- Strong communication skills and solid command of English
- Strong cultural awareness
