- Respond to and manage new incoming leads with expertise and care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Revive past opportunities to unlock potential collaborations.
- Act as a product and system expert, consulting clients in the early project phases to identify the best solutions.
- Expand and nurture our sales network, particularly focusing on independent reps in the US and Europe.
- Strategically drive sales growth and represent WOOD-SKIN’s innovative solutions to the market. **What We’re Looking For**
- **Sales Experience**: Minimum 3 years in a sales role.
- **Industry Expertise**: Background in architecture, design, or a related field is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: High proficiency in English (additional languages are a premio).
- **Adaptability**: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to excel in a dynamic work environment.

- A foundational understanding of architectural design principles is beneficial.
- Technical knowledge regarding wood-based materials, joining techniques, and current industry standards is a plus. 5. Communication & Client Focus
