**Duties and Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
- Conduct active sourcing through headhunting, social media, networking, and recruitment platforms
- Manage the entire recruitment process up to offer negotiation
- Organize and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives **Requirements**: - 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in technical/engineering roles
- Strong expertise in active sourcing and headhunting techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus **Other information**:
