¯ Define and implement commercial strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding the assigned budget
¯ Develop and maintain strategic relationships with management customers and acquire new customers
¯ Monitor commercial performance,



draw up periodic reports and provide updates to company management
¯ Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and business partners
¯ Analyze the market, identify growth opportunities and propose innovative strategies **Your profile**: - ¯ Professional experience of at least 7 years in the machine tool sector
¯ Previous experience in team coordination or with strong potential in this field
¯ Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in technical disciplines
¯ Strong leadership and team management skills
¯ Excellent negotiation, communication and customer-oriented approach skills
¯ Problem solving and resilience in complex and challenging contexts
¯ Knowledge of the English language (an essential requirement)
