**This position reports to**:
HR Operations Team Lead **Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be a member of the HR Business Services Team, responsible for delivering HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees. You will assist internal customers with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Dalmine. You will be mainly accountable for: - You will process HR requests related to multiple service lines for an assigned group of employees. - You will identify improvement opportunities and take charge of process improvement projects.



- You will communicate information about policies and standards to internal customers clearly and concisely to ensure adoption. - You will prepare reports and documents for authorities and check the quality of output from other HR Services Specialists. - You will ensure that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy, and provide reports where required **Qualifications for the role**: - Bachelor’s Degree
- You are interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function
- You possess Microsoft Office, SAP and Excel skills
- You have the ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams;
- You have a collaborative, solution-focused approach and possess strong written and spoken communication skills;
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
